How long does delivery take?
We deliver to every city in Morocco in 24 to 72 hours depending on the city, and we call you before shipping to confirm the order.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Our products are food: the parcel is not opened before payment, for their hygiene and safety. You can check the outside of the parcel in front of the courier. If you want to open it or see any damage, contact us on WhatsApp before paying and we decide with you case by case. A product that arrives with a defect is exchanged for free within 7 days.
What if the product arrives damaged?
